This Wooden Safari Animal Ebony Mask is handmade by the Shona artisans in Zimbabwe, South Africa. It is set in the wonderful natural colors of the dark black/brown color of the Ebony wood and smooth polished in the natural black color of the wood. Ebony a very hardwood that makes for excellent carving and is one of the more expensive woods in Africa. The mask is of a tribesman's face hand engraved with safari animals on the forehead. The ebony mask can easily be framed and will make an excellent wall hanging.
