We are committed to ensuring your order is processed and shipped as efficiently as possible. Please read the details below for information on processing times, shipping methods, and policies.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed, packaged, and shipped within 2–3 business days. This timeframe does not include shipping transit time.
  • If there are any delays (e.g., seasonal, unexpected volume increases, or backordered/preorder items), we will update this page or provide details within the product description.
  • Please note: Orders are processed on business days only. We do not ship on weekends.

Shipping Timeframes

The shipping timeframe begins once your order has been processed and shipped. When selecting a shipping option at checkout, keep in mind that this reflects transit time within the mail system after processing.

Shipping Methods

  • Smaller Packages: Shipped via USPS.
  • Larger Packages: Shipped via UPS or FedEx.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification from info@atasteofafrica.net with a tracking number.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the following locations:

  • United States (including Hawaii and Alaska)
  • US Territories: Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands
  • US Military Addresses: APO, FPO, and DPO

Please note:

  • Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, and military addresses may take longer.
  • Expedited shipping is not available for APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

We hope to expand our shipping destinations to more countries in the future!

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • If you use a discount code for free shipping, the shipping method will be at the discretion of A Taste Of Africa.

International Shipments

We are happy to ship internationally, but please note the following:

  • All international sales are final.
  • Delivery times can take up to 20 days, depending on the destination.
  • Customs fees, VAT charges, and other import taxes or restrictions may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are determined by your country, and A Taste Of Africa has no control over them.
  • For inquiries about these fees, please contact your local customs or shipping company.

Important:

  • Once your package leaves the United States, tracking updates may not always be available, as some countries' couriers do not update USPS tracking systems.
  • International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International. Your shipping confirmation email will contain a tracking link.
