This African Lion sculpture is handcrafted by the Shona artisans in Zimbabwe. The lion is also known as “The king of the Jungle!” The lion has been hand-carved out of stone. This lion has been carved in a standing position and ready to attack. The shoulders are slightly back and ready to charge. The African lion is the undisputed heavyweight of the African Savanna and the male lion has become known for his brute force and strength. With a long main and big head, this lion makes for a wonderful addition to any home.
